A Toast to Rotary

During our regular club meetings the Director of International Service often proposes a Toast to a Rotary Club in another country.

This popular feature was started by Past President Phil Chapman and became a regular part of our meetings during his term as International Services Director.

After Changeover in 2011 the baton passed to Past President Kerry Barker, who, with great enthusiasm, kept the tradition alive until he moved away from Toowoomba in 2017.
